What upper eyelid surgey should be combined with canthoplasty to give hunter eyes?

I'm not too sure of some of these though. There's a surgeon in Turkey who does endoscopic brow lifts but the results are hit-and-miss on male patients. The link below is one of the better ones. Most of the guys end up looking too fem tho.
I'm only in my mid 20s... idk if there's a surgeon out there who would be willing to do mid face lift. It's been hard enough trying to find a decent surgeon who does short scar neck lifts.
