Canthoplasty before after

I got canthoplasty surgery and it looks like it really ascended my eye area.
For the moment my face look swollen as hell like dog tier no cap.
Should I post updates along the way or just drop the final result at like month 2?

I got the idea to make a post like this because canthoplasty is a super underdocumented surgery. A few people have done it, but their pics are usually badly framed. Like, there are maybe 3 people on all of Looksmax who’ve had canthoplasty—and some of them didn’t even have a negative canthal tilt to begin with.





So for anyone considering the procedure, I think this could be really helpful.

Wym I’m not getting lip lift. My philtrum is short and I have a good lip shape.

I’m getting:
canthopexy
Fat grafting to orbitals
Ptosis repair
Buccal fat removal
Otoplasty

I’ve asked to stay very conservative so yeah the result is not very impressive but that’s what I wanted

No the only time it was a little bit painful was at the morning and it was like 3/10 max but everyone is different
