greetings,
I have a slight negative canthal tilt and while it's not that noticeable I'm still thinking about getting canthoplasty to fix my eye problem since it's not that expensive of a surgery.
I however read on https://www.realself.com/question/amsterdam-noord-holland-netherlands-canthal-tilt-neutral that:
"In order to achieve more positive canthal tilt, you may need lower eyelid retraction surgery with canthoplasty. Best to have personal evaluation to determine. See an expert."
I don't have that much upper eyelid exposure, could I always get canthoplasty and decide wether or not a lower eyelid retraction surgery is needed after? Or is it usually done together?
