It is one of the worst failos you can have. Looks like shit in pictures. Lorenzo zurzolo has a good eye shape and canthal tilt but shit infras and I think not really good browridge

To make the canthal tilt neutral/positive and stretch the outer canthus more. Idk if you look at their eye area it looks so stretched the outer canthus. The surgery result you showed also has an pretty low pfl so myb that’s why

I see, maybe it’s something the subject of the picture i showed didn’t ask for, he didn’t ask to elongate his eyes but to lift the outer corner only.

I believe there is a way to elongate the eye while also lifting the outer corner but that’s with a surgeon
