Canthoplasty or Canthopexy

I have a slight nct (barely noticeable and can fraud with my dreads & slightly angled up phone) but I want to have a natural looking pct. should I get a canthoplasty or a Canthopexy?

canthopexy isn’t permanent, it’s just stretching the tissue the canthoplasty actually moves it

Both do the same thing (kind off) but different procedures and different result.

Chantopexy is a string or idk whatever is it called attached to the chantus while chantoplasty, well, it does it with the lower lid.
