This came up when I searched for it. It seems his UEE is gone and he seems to have PCT he had neutral canthal tilt before so I’m not sure if this is even canrhoplasty

You need hydroxyapatite augmentation of the superolateral orbital rim and tarsal fixation blepharoplasty
