How risky is a canthoplasty? Here are my eyes. Should I just get infraorbital implants instead? Just tell me all the softmaxxes I can do for my eyes. I am leaning down to 14% from 25%bf. All criticism welcome.

Not doubting that but I’m specifically asking for infraorbitals, or anything for the eyes. I need to fix this nct brah it’s holding me back

It's capping your full potential definitely. Infras would only give you better undereye support and make your cheekbones look mile-high, which is great for the aesthetic but it wouldn't fix your NCT. Cantho is the only fix for your tilt, however a fox/cat eye lift could possibly work, much cheaper than a cantho too

Canthoplasty has less of a 5% chance of complications, probably less, but sources are pretty mixed, however something is certain that almost all of them claim rates of complications under 5%.

Do you need infraorbital implants? Hell, I don't know, maybe, haven't seen your side profile. Regardless, infraorbital implants and canthoplasty aren't interchangeable procedures, they target different issues.

Yeah no problem, unfortunately LTN right now mostly due to the tilt. If you get a cantho or lift and cut to 14% bf or lower definitely HMTN potential with other softmaxes

Yeah I see what ur saying. I honestly don’t care about any eye procedure if it doesn’t fix my nct, I thought infraorbitals did but not anymore. Woulding leanmaxxing solve anything? I’m 16 at 25ish percent bf

Is Ltn sub 5 or nah?

Getting lean would solve a lot of things, certainly... but not your eyes. Honestly get the canthoplasty, it's relatively"inexpensive" and not too risky.

Technically yes but you're not a low LTN, closer to high LTN
Ah ok I see what ur saying. So h Ltn isn’t sub5? Would it be wrong to think I’m like a low mtn?

Yeah I’ll def get it. Thanks for ur advice. Can u give me a rating rq?

I'd say you're an low-mid MTN, a few corrections (lips, getting lean, eye bags, neck, facial hair) and you could get to HMTN but still significantly below HTN, if you get some cosmetic/surgical corrections I can see you reaching at least low HTN

Thanks for the rating. I’ve been rated high Ltn - mmtn. I’ll def work on this corrections u listed asides from the facial hair part (with all due respect) since I’ve gotten more female attention from it. And the lips part, is it the actual size/proportions of the lips itself? or because it’s chapped as a mf.

Yeah, do whatever you want with the facial hair, whatever works best, but if you want an external opinion, I think you should keep it, but you should trim it a bit. You have a long face, and goatee just further adds to that vertical length, if you cut it closer to the skin, it would improve this area. You're 16, likely can't grow a full beard just yet, but once you can I think you should consider that beyond just a goatee.

Lips aside, I was saying that they were chapped lol. I'd recommend using a mild AHA acid, like glycolic or lactic acid for exfoliation and a very heavy cream or ointment for them. Another less relevant flaw is that your mouth could be a little wider, but that's just me looking too deep into it.

Thanks for the advice boss u actually gave me practical shit to work on. I absolutely see what ur saying with the goatee. and for the lips I just use Vaseline it’s just that I’m travelling atm so im dehydrated.
