where to undergo canthoplasty? I have a neutral canthal tilt but negative hooding.. I’ve tried softmaxxing with a lash curler and clear mascara but it’s still so obvious just started pinning aqualyx a week ago unrelated, but please send recommendations

Neutral tilt but negative hooding and you want to address it with canthoplasty?
Hooding is determined by the combination of your supraorbital foramen shape, skin and fat volume.
So if you want to address the hooding you would need a blepharoplasty as well to remove excess tissue.
Can be easily done along canthoplasty.

Canthoplasty- you should only go for the bone drill canthoplasty because it gives the most permanent results while traditional “canthoplasty” methods are barely visible and relapse after few months.
Dr Burak Sercan is great for this procedure.
Im sure he will recommend combination of canthoplasty and blepharoplasty, he also often suggest small infraorbital implant to support the lower lid.
