Should I get canthoplasty before I get any surgery such as bimax that shifts the maxilla. Would it potentially change the results of the canthoplasty procedure? My nct ruins my face the most, and I would def prefer getting it done before I were to consider getting bimax.

Also here is a pic of eye area. I’m super bloated too right now cause I’ve been on vacation for 3 weeks lmao.

Bsso will def not be better because my bite is aligned perfectly my x-ray. I need to get bimax which will also fix my nose or bimax + genio

I had orthodontics done when I was younger, herbpst appliance + braces. My chin projection def hides my mandible recession, and when I went for a follow up, they denied be getting BSSO because I didn’t have any reason for it.

Herbs appliance restricted maxillary growth, I wouldn’t ask the ortho for advice they are clueless. Go to an oral surgeon.

I would get that evaluated asap since you had a herbs appliance, not solely looks but for health and wellness.

Having a narrow airway is hell, from personal experience.

Their only goal was to just align my teeth since I had overjet/overbite. Is a trimax still my best option or should I consider other ortho work like a pallet expander+other devices

I would get that evaluated asap since you had a herbs appliance, not solely looks but for health and wellness.

fuck no you have an underdeveloped mandible sure but you clearly are suffering from dysmorphia because it isnt THAT terrible- if you are young enough id even go for herbst appliance and hgh over bimax but definitely not trimax unless recommended because it carries a significantly higher risk profile because you are moving the palate in multiple directions

I’m also starting 140mg tren, 10iu HGH, and 200 test, 30 var in a week.

thats why I added "and hgh" because frequent mechanical tension + elevated gh levels = tissue hypertrophy but if you dont have artificially enhanced gh levels the herbst appliance will only do what it is intended to do- fix the bite. but seeing as you probably werent on hgh whilst using the herbst appliance then canthoplasty and bimax

Any reason I should get any other ortho work done or just wait to get bimax? I had hypogonadism which made my development come way later, so all of my bones haven’t fused whatsoever. Gotten x-rays showing that too. My puberty pretty much started at 17 and now I’m 18.

if your bite is fixed- no, you probably couldnt even go and get the herbst if you bite is already fixed in the first place and there is no point if you are getting bimax anyway. If your growth plates are open I would reccomend 300 mcg Hexarelin 200 mcg seramorelin per day instead of 200 test especially if you are already gonna be on tren

no never get canthoplasty before bimax- bimax will affect your infras and your canthoplasty procedure is largely based on your infras and supras so definitely get the bimax before the canthoplasty because canthoplasty will be based on infra orbitals that you no longer have due to bimax procedure AFTER. get bimax and then after you have fully recovered- 9-12 months, THEN get canthoplasty because your new infras will be good by then
