Canthoplasty

Should I get canthoplasty before I get any surgery such as bimax that shifts the maxilla. Would it potentially change the results of the canthoplasty procedure? My nct ruins my face the most, and I would def prefer getting it done before I were to consider getting bimax.

Here is eye area. I’ve been on vacation for 2 weeks eating shit so I’m super bloated which may change eye appearance a bit.
