is this true that canthoplasty can make u look weird or smth? And why if ppl that have positive tilt natural lookg good with it ?

if you get it botched by some fuck ahh turkish guy or they tilted thet laterial canthus too high which is normally 4 degrees+

ye should be good if u have a good suregon and if ur slightly negative u might wanna go 4 degrees should make it positive

if you dont tell anyone noone will know u had a canthoplasty and if u dont get the surgery botched it will more then definetly ascend ur eye area then having a slightly negative
