Canthus Cut Blade

I just ordered scalpels off of amazon with the intent to cut my canthus. they are SHARP AS FUCK and i don't want to accidentally cut through my epidermis and blind. they are already sterilized via gamma radiation so i don't have to sterilize it or burn my eyes from alcohol. Are there any ways i can minimize pain and guarantee not to go blind.

I didnt use alc and used basic eyebrow razors youll be fine
For pain you can use lidocaine
