Canthus medial cut and canthal tilt cut

I need to know if cutting my medial canthus and canthal tilt work. I don’t want to hurt myself for nothing. I will do anything to look better and cutting it sounds pretty reasonable. I’m from not poor but not rich country either and peps or surgery’s cost fortune. The only answer I need is does it work
