One of the things I hate about san francisco is that half of the chinese restaurants are run by cantonese. They always add a cantonese flavor to other styles of chinese food and honestly It turns out pretty nasty. These noodles I just had was slimy and tasted like egg flower soup. Utterly disgusting. I nearly puked.
