I’ve always been a fan of capers in my food. But as i got more into diet, i researched them, and my oh my do they have some benefits.
-High in antioxidants
-When paired with red meat (such as steak tartare, best food on the planet btw) reduces risk of cancer
-Fuck all calories
-Vitamins and minerals and shit
-Helps with blood sugar levels (IGF-1 maxxing)
-Helps prevent Alzheimers
-Tasty as fuck
TAKE THE CAPERPILL, EAT A WHOLE JAR PER DAY.
But forreal, just put them in your diet, they are a slept on food. It wont turn you into Hexum, but you have to ascend piece by piece.
