MK Ultra is to blame for most of the deluded misaligned reality subversion and perversion. A society cannot sustain itself if it does not have a three-dimensional view of life. 9/11 was the end of the world and we are all in hell. Something like swiping a credit card or gooning every time the action is committed is another crucifixion of the meta Christ.
