capping your own pills is so inconvenient

mild rage. i can't be fucking arsed to keep capping and weighing my dnp into capsules every few days. setup takes fucking forever, and spillage is a hassle to make sure it doesn't dye everything piss yellow. i might just start doing it in one capsule for each day... spreading out the dosage throughout the day really hasn't made much of a difference for me other than waste my fucking time

Can you not just measure it out and just take the powder with a bev or something? Genuinely wondering bc i’ve never done it.
