My GPT seems to think that topical Capsaicin gel applied below the brow ridge can cause significant bloating and swelling for around 6 hours, causing the appearance of hooded eyes (unless you're a subhuman). Was wondering if anyone had experience with this, or if i'm just getting moleculed by ai responses appreciated (btw I’m not indian or jewish)
