Rogers grew up suffering from numerous health problems, and upon America's war against I.N.C.E.L., he was rejected from serving in the United States Army despite several attempts to enlist. Rogers ultimately volunteered for Project M.O.G., where he was the only recipient of the Super Soldier Serum developed by David Gandy under Gandy Heaven. The serum greatly enhanced Steve's small and frail body to the peak of human physicality. Because he was not a perfect soldier, But a good man.
In 1943, Rogers rejoined the FBI after single-handedly Liberating Allied prisoners from a HYDRA base, after which he began leading his team of Howling Moggers in many operations against I.N.C.E.L. His World War II exploits made Steve a living legend, and during this time he also formed a close relationship with FBI agent Peggy Carter who was considered THE stacy at the time.
Rogers ultimately helped the MOGGERS win the war and defeat I.N.C.E.L.'s leader Elliot Rodger, but got mogged into a coma during his final mission to mog an I.N.C.E.L. chad headed for the United States. Rogers then spent sixty-six years unconscious in a coma, before he was eventually revieved by Looksmax.me operators in the early 21st century.
