Carbs should only be used to increase performance really, rather focus on protein and fats. One thing that helped me when binging was just spitting out the food. You get to taste everything for no additional calories. nehmen wir mal sogar an dass gluconeogenese reicht und man keine exogenen carbs braucht, denkst du solch eine ernährungsweise wäre longterm realistisch? obv nein, wenn man versucht in kleinen schritten sich gesünder zu ernähren mogged es anstatt anzunehmen dass das ausschließen von einer Nahrungsquelle (no carbs) das gesündeste wäre

whatever it takes, i literally eat every 2 hours lmao, not even joking, not like huge meals but mostly snacking, your approach sounds reasonable, i just wanna minimize my insane carb intake, and i think that will help a lot already, even if i just reduce it by 100gIt's called blood sugar, when it drops you will get cravings to eat more which are indistinguishable from hunger.
So basically don’t be eating carbs all day either every meal, you gonna feel hungry every 3 fucking hours like i was. Pre workout or none tbh. I tried carnivore for 6 months before and I didn’t feel the urge to eat a single carb or sugar tbh. Now I eat them just pre workout, but only like 200-300cals ngl.
i look and feel worse after eating alot of carbs tho just the day after, am not even eating so called low quality carbohydrates, mostly fruits, juices etc.carbs are life they are not your enemy

2. This is a study based on “reports” from n= that can not inform on cause and effect. Remember, people tell lies.
3. In this study you provided, it literally claims “may benefit from carbohydrates”. This means there’s not a 100% certainty that it will. The usage of “may” leaves “may not” on the table as well.
4. These are just words spouted by low IQ propagandists pushing their ideology of the vegan diet.
