ive heard about carb cycle idk how it works can someone explain me or link a thread?
 
low carb for 4 days light workout
no carb for 1 day rest
high carb for 2 days legs/full body

if its what the other guy said then dont do it because it makes no sense, carb backloading is much better

False. You only need protein and fat. Carbs are not the required energy source for humans and are actually toxic to the human body. Our body makes it own small amount through gluconeogenesis.
