ive been timing my meals and macros(for height gains mostly) on lunch i eat alot of carbs to maximize igf1 and growth pathways then on dinner little to no carbs and very high protein, should i switch it up so i can have more igf1 during sleep or would the insulin blunt gh release during sleep? chatgpt have mixed answers lol
