Gonna start meal prepping to get the most out of my puberty I've already established ground beef is gonna be my main source or protein. I heard that sweet potatoes are one of the best sources of carbs for micro nutrients and satiation and other fruits obv for the vitamins and fast carbs, Any suggestions or comments?
