So, question.

I go to the gym and ive seen some bs about keto diets and how many benefits it has. However, arent carbs a main source of energy. I eat somewhere between 100-250g depends on some days

Eat carbs ~1hour before going to the gym. That’s optimal

for muscle build carbs are optimal asf, no reason to not eat them I eat 200g+ everyday

I mean i did try it, consumed like 30g that was only from raw milk and some dairy and seen some noticeable drop in my gym performance
No reason to not eat them. Just eat all of your carbs before working out.

I mostly eat pastas but rice and potatoes should be better
Thanks man, i was just asking since ive also seen a lot of carnivore raw meat videos pretty sure you’re familiar with goatis and blah blah. Which i cool, i did try raw foods and stuff but i atill crave chocolate. I guess having a balanced diet is the best eating all kinds of stuff. (Still 99% sure im eating a lot better than most of my friends and people in my country lol)

If you want muscles and peak performance than carbs are good. but if you dont want to get bloated than just skip on carbs

I don't know if it differs a lot depending on people but I used to eat even 300g+ of carbs per day for months and I was absolutely not bloated

personally im only eating meat, carbs, raw dairies, some fruit and no vegetable
And no I don't follow goatis never have watched him
I just eat what I like and it works well on me, never had acne, never been bloated, very lean..
for me vegetables are useless, but dyor and opinion

Only eat carbs pre and post workout

personally im only eating meat, carbs, raw dairies, some fruit and no vegetable
And no I don't follow goatis never have watched him
I just eat what I like and it works well on me, never had acne, never been bloated, very lean..
for me vegetables are useless, but dyor and opinion
