Carbs are anti weigth-loss

I ate chicken and vegetables for a few months. I could survive on 1 meal(about 1300kcal, 5'10) daily. Now I started eating more carbs(before it was <15g, now closer go 90g). Apart from acne(which is why I stopped eating them in the first place) I feel hungry af after coming back home, and cravings are much worse. I basically started eating less of what I should eat and instead like 1.7l of milk daily. Never doing that again
