Carbs aren't actually necessary. Your body can get all the energy it needs from meat, eggs, fat, and fruit juices. These foods give you protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals everything your muscles and body need, especially when you're lifting weights.
Your body can make glucose from protein and fat, so you don’t need pasta, rice, or potatoes to survive or get stronger. Ancestors thrived eating mostly animals and a little fruit.
If you want to build muscle and stay healthy, focus on real animal foods and fruits. Carbs are famine foods.
Most carbs were eaten in famines, like potatoes and rice. Oats is literally animal food.

And what else?
Why would you need Vit C if you don't consume carbs
Because your body needs it
Your body needs vitamins and micronutrients
Vitamin C is one of the vitamins that meat doesn't contain
But it's in fruits like oranges, manderines

Fruit juices are meant as hydration source not food

You need carbs to grow big and strong. Meat, organs and fats are the building blocks for everything desirable but carbs are what makes you truly strong if you have plenty of the other stuff. People that only eat meat and stuff are strong but sinewy as opposed to giant and jacked. This is why pastoralist Africans get dick mogged by fufu fed west Africans with both meat and and abundant source of carbs. Meat can only take you so far unless you hog 5lbs of meat and organs a day you ain't gonna grow for dhit

If you want to rid your diet of carbs, then water and salt can get the same hydration
Salt is literally a crystallized rock Why would you want to put that in your body.
Water is good but not as hydrating as fruits like cocunuts

Salt is a crystallized rock
Elephants in the Serengeti literally lick rocks as a source of minerals when food runs scarce. Rock = minerals. Plus we have an appendix to sort that out.

Salt is literally a crystallized water. Why would you want to put that in your body.

Salt is required to establish osmotic gradients that gets water from the extracellular fluid into the cells (true hydration). Fruits can have similar effect because glucose is also osmotically active, but we’re talking in the context of a no carb diet

Salt is a crystallized rock
Sure, so is ice

Well first of all. Elephants are herbivores. They don't eat meat.
Second of all you said "when food runs scarce"
Food is here. We're not in famine. I would get the situation if we're in the middle of a war or something like that. But if you choose to put that stuff in your body instead of all the foods
Then you're a retard. With all my respect

Water can enter cells without salt.
And salt isn’t “better” hydration. Too much sodium can actually pull water out of cells into the bloodstream causing bloating

We know.
