is it good to eat less than 100g of carbs per daily to debloat? or should i eat even less like less than 60g?

im italian. everything revolves around carbs, we eat bread every time and pasta or rice, in the last weeks i started eating only meat,fish and vegetables, fruit as a snak but yeah bro two slice of bread enormous quantity of carbsDrink milk, eat a bit of fruit, or maybe some honey
I depends what food you’re talking about, I don’t think most would have 50g of carbs
