is it good to eat less than 100g of carbs per daily to debloat? or should i eat even less like less than 60g?

carbs r shit. they just taste good. eat em pre and post workout and that’s it.

so basically i shouldnt eat carbs at all, because even if i eat for example high protein foods they are still going to have a lil bit of carbs, adding this small amounts of carbs i can reach 50g anyway, is that right?

I depends what food you’re talking about, I don’t think most would have 50g of carbs

im italian. everything revolves around carbs, we eat bread every time and pasta or rice, in the last weeks i started eating only meat,fish and vegetables, fruit as a snak but yeah bro two slice of bread enormous quantity of carbs
