(16) My daily macros been looking like this on my bulk recently
3000 kcals
200g protein
175g fat
150g carbs
Chatgpt said this is unideal as fuck since my carbs are way too low and it could potentially affect my development during puberty like bonemass and height. Is this true? Can I continue eating like this for my bulk? I got the problem that carbs give me very bad acne even while on adapalene so I cut them low. I also kinda believe in goatis ideas so I dont consume a lot of grain sludge making my options limited and carbs low.

when i was 16 i was a faggot and 184 cm i dirty bulked that year and gained 3 cm and my shoulders are so fucking wide rn you wont belive im the same person i was a year ago spam carbs asap , fats do fuck all for you ( 17 rn)

what are your carb sources, I can recommend and only eat 100g carbs a day before my workout in the form of 700g potatoes

chatgpt is right. u need carbs. up them asap. the acne is worth it. Goatis is sub 3 why would listen to him when science has given us its importance
