Grains and such are full of anti nutrients which stop your body absorbing stuff. They also make you fat. Its impossible not to be lean if you avoid carbs unless you go out of your way to eat a lot of meat which is very hard due to protein being very filling. The reasons scurvy existed was not because we need fruit or vegtables rather sailors would eat biscuits and crap like that full of anti nutrients that deprived them of vitamin c and in turn made their gums rot etc.
Carbs make you tired, have brain fog and depressed. Stop being a normie and avoid them. If you wan't to eat them then in low doses. Don't be a slave.
