how much should i eat carbs when i go to the gym 4 times a week and sprints 2-3 times a week (all carbs comes from fruits rice potatoes milk and honey)
 
1g of carb per kilo of body weight
 
carbs are there to fill up the rest of what u eat, no clear ammount how much

i dont eat carbs at all and have a lot of energy. i eat like 250-300g od animal fat a day. im running on fat through gluconeogenesis

Carbs>protein>fat in terms of amount
 
Eating carbs will do more harm then good in puberty as carbs have been shown to boost igf1
im 17 rn, ive completly cut out carbs from my diet and im only eating meat and veg. Do i hop back on carbs?

hahah. no its the aminoacids like leucine in meat or dairy that stimulates igf and mtor. carbs are useless thats why gluconeogensis exists. homosapiens 96% of our existence we’ve been on a 100% meat diet - 96% of our existence we’ve been in the iceage with NO FRUIT no carbs. only lactose from moms milk. Why all of a sudden u need exogenous carbs?
and btw constantly high insulin blunts gh. (from eating couple meals with carbs per day)
u just need one insulin spike mid day for proper liver igf conversion.

Was just about to say this

A carnivore diet is most optimal with the only exception being naturally occurring seasonal fruits, in small realistic amounts. Nothing is more superior

If you’ve eaten slop your entire life then you might need more raw dairy like raw colostrum to compensate but that’s about it
