For reglycogenation in particular you need to calculate the total amount of lean mass (lbs) you have, then multiply that number by five and that’s your approximate total glycogen, though that’d be like ketogenic annihilated stores

For the most part if you are just lifting once a day the absolute least amount of carbs I’d eat would be around 50-60 (grams) though eat as much as you care to just remember anything that isn’t going to muscle is pretty much blood glucose
^- Also there’s nothing wrong with low or no carb, just less power in the gym

As for powders yeah they are good, I use dextrose powder for long distance bicycling

Tbh does not matter at all. Not remotely important for muscle growth, don't listen to the research bros. But if you really want to get into it, the amount would be dependent on the rest of your diet. If you already eat a carb rich diet, your glycogen reserves will naturally be full and there's no reason to worry at all. If you're limiting carbs, it would be more important to eat before a workout but we're talking like 50g. 300g around a workout is for freaks

You don’t need that much, I think even 80 grams is good. I’ve also heard for every gram of carbs you eat equates to 1 minute of time you should wait for it to digest before you hit the gym. But for me I eat most of my carbs for the day before the gym so I can not get bloated the rest of the day

Ok yeah I don’t like carbs at all tbh so I just take 60g dextrose powder pre workout and it seems fine and then some after Idk that dude Dorian saraci was chatting about it Idk how truthful he is tho
