Once i was a gymcel + used to run in the forest every other day.
For the past year i had 0 physical activity.
Today my dad asked me to help move some furnitute down the stars which ofc i struggled with but i did my best.
My back hurts so much but im again feeling this bliss state post physical activity that i didnt feel for a very long time, probably one of the best things to exist.

i must get back to it at all costs, would it help me lose muscle? i want a slimmer physique and i struggle with some excessive muscle mass in my upper body even tho i dont workout and have no physical activity

I like running for like 10 minutes but after that it gets hard I haven't ran for that long tho
