What and how long should i perform cardio

Do Stairmaster for 25-50 minutes after the workout.
 
Spam 4-5 km a day for 5days a week
 
Based off, what you need it for, ex: stamina, fat loss or like heart health, then as chatgpt.
 
I think incline walking works well
