Cardio is cope for fat loss because your body will subconsciously move less in the day after you do cardio

Basically you may think you burned 200 calores by running for 15 minutes but in reality after that run your body will try to preserve more energy and you will subconsciously fidget less during the day, walk slower, move slower even though you don't notice it, which will in turn lower your metabolic rate to offset the cardio. Even dieting does this but not as bad as cardio, thats why food is key for fat loss

Just do cardio all the time, in Star Trek for example there was this planet - Rubicun III, where its inhabitants run everywhere, they didn't have cars or anything like that, all the people were very fit and beautiful.

Tbh after a while of starving you don't feel like eating anything :lul:
Not true if you workout, yoyr metabolism doesn't slow down when yiu workout so you are always hungry af

I also drink vinegar which helps
It only becomes harder and harder the lower bf you get, your body starts to run out of fat stores so you start craving food alot
