I have been in this community for years and tried ABSOLUTELY everything. Cardio is underrated, most shrug it off as greycel cope, but it does actually work.
It does make ur skin red tho

True. But talking to someone who does lot of cardio to compensate for not sticking 24/7 to the right anti inflammatory anti bloat diet, it's not the all be all cure. First and foremost, you should have the right diet. Cardio should only be a plus. Not the opposite.

sub 10% bf is kinda a meme. some fat in the face serves some purpose, getting rid of water weight better. look at barrett he looks scary and malnourished.

In my experience diet is cope, i eat literal prison food atm, plain chicken plain rice, kiwis etc, and see no difference to when i only ate slop

that's because you don't have irritable colon syndrome for now. but it will come. And try the difference : eat the same calories in vegetables and proteins vs in carb and see if you will bloat or not.

Cardio is goat, especially elliptical, stair master and if you are capable - burpees. Your body will become more efficient and your metabolism will adapt so you can eat more and not have to worry as much about gaining. All that sweat will push toxins out of your body and you will look better and leaner. It's also a much more practical form of exercise that can benefit your life since I would rather have higher stamina than telephone pole arms and can't scratch my back

Copers who say muh weights and deadlifts and cardio being gay go on the treadmill for 3 minutes and think that's the way to do it. Actually go hard and feel like you are killing yourself, otherwise it doesn't matter. Need to push yourself so that you are almost passing out. Always makes me lul when big guys at the gym are out of breath running back to their car in the parking lot because all they do is weights. JFL

Cardio is harder and more unpleasant than lifting iron, also why more people don't do it and instead Richard piana max on tren, lifting iron all day every day. You will become a fridge with diminishing returns, especially for female gaze

Eat whatever the fuck you want then do intense cardio and lift moderately for athletic gainz. This is the way gymcell
