Holy fuck the endorphin rush after..I feel fucking alive again. Nothing else ever makes me feel this way
I feel way more energetic, alert, mentally sharper, every breath of air feels euphoric

Not even exaggerating, every pill is cope just do 150 minutes or more moderate intensity cardio a week and you'll forget what depression is

Yea I used to run like 6 miles a day a few months ago. Now I’m running like 2 miles cause I took a long ass break and need to build my stamina again.

i think he mean it doesnt help with the feeling of being alone and having no one, i get feeling of dread when i workout, that i have no place where i belong

It feels amazing ngl. I love feeling that adrenaline rush and heart beating rapidly, I love the sweat pouring down and it helps release some emotions as well.

I do feel happier when running vs not running. It could be a placebo effect or legit idk but I definitely recommend it.

now if I made the title "cardio miraculously cures loneliness" that would be something to think about

By the way only extremely neurotic people go through those thought patterns and anxiety response if you exercisemax this will reduce drastically it's common knowledge bro

Can help some people. Similar to how vitD/ sun exposure can help other depressed ppl.

But its only mild depression that it can fix. Deep psychological damage is harder
