Not to show off to others but to yourself so that you dont wallow in self pity all day. I swear some of these LTN high achievers get dopamine spikes from fucking over their competition. If you were ask them whether they like sex more than winning, they'd say winning.

Success in career gives you purpose man, I used to think otherwise, but people treat you differently even if you are ugly. Some of my bosses are proofs of that.

I cant live like a NEET since as a healthy Brahmin opressor, government deems me ineligible for any welfare support. So I have to work and cope

These C-suite guys have nothing else in life. They might be married but still dont give a shit about personal life. Its all around how to squeeze that win

You get dopamine from the win.

Being married and having kids doesn't mean anything at that level, its just checks in the box. Any man making over 95K is cheating on his wife if he's not a beta male

Read @Seth Walsh Threads. Money is just a tool. The Social Group and who you know is real deal. Many careermaxxers only focus on money aspect.

Career is a good cope until the economic incentives flip on you (it will happen)

First 3 years of first job living at home with a bit of laundered prestige is like Goldilocks zone.

You’re more confident, steady, more appealing to girls etc etc.. and you’re actually learning real institutional finance, law, tech, med plumbing with not much scapegoat risk. It changes though.

Good to hear it’s a great cope at the moment but expect things to always change.

My advice is learn learn learn while you earn.

Once that inflection point comes where your just is no longer a good cope, you’ll be less hesitant to change employer.

If you have a genuinely good career and employer. Then Godspeed
