There are so many reasons why its bad unless you are struggling to lose weight. Our bodies need carbs to be active and energetic or you will crash and be unmotivated to do anything. Clean carbs like rice are a great source to get your carbohydrates in and you dont even need to over do it. You can just stay away from sugars and youll be fine.
