we have shorter digestive tracts than dogs and we have 1.5 stomach ph

I think they're not bad but they aren't necessary. Like they can be nutritional but usually you can get everything in them from other sources like fruits

I have to add that diet is extremely individual. There are many gene polymorphisms each individual should look out for when optimizing diet, everyone has different needs.

Deficiency of fiber isnt even possible seeing as theres no biological pathways that requires fiber nor any deficiency disease of it, vitamin k is almost only found in animal products not plants so again it makes no sense, even meat has vitamin c, 4mg per 100g if im not wrong, liver round 25mg, considering youre not consuming carbs your needs would be wayyy lower too, the rest you still dont need plants

I already explained how it doesn't lack said nutrients, also i dont see why something making us shorter, uglier etc is something we should continue consuming, yes it is an adaptation which isn't a good thing, just the body trying to survive in said environment

you are not going to change the direction of evolution within 2 (agricultural ) generations by just changing your diet. society is too advanced for that to happen because natural selection has shifted from survival by resistance to disease and strength etc to survival by who is the most attractive
