Carnivore diet puberty

Is it smart to do a carnivore diet for 1-2 months with 16? I might be in my grow phase rn tho but if I eat 15< carbs will it permanently stun the growth or will it just delay my growth and I get it later cause am pretty fat I’ve like 23% bodyfat am gonna go to like 13/14
