How tf do ppl not get constipated on the carnivore diet? I eat more fruit than animal products but still doesn't do nun for me☠️ and are there any decent supplements to take bc this diet genuinely makes me feel best physically and mentally and I've tried ALL diets and I also train daily

Don't train daily. Do something fun and productive instead like walking in the forest, lying in the sun, reading, listening to music, fucking or drawing instead.

There you have it. Also an excess of sugar, even if its fructose isn't beneficial, even though in your case you might need it cuz you are exceptionally active. As far as supplements go just track your micronutrients over a certain timespan (calculate the loss through cooking if you are cooking your food), then compare to what is suggested and supplement things you are deficient in. Having more than suggested is prolly better.

Clearly a carnivore diet isn't recommended by nutritionalists ect so how would ik what I'm lacking if I don't follow the propaganda? My doctor said FIBER and carbs are a need when I disagree I don't want to eat slave food and I'm not "deficient" in anything I've done blood tests

And I do go on walks and paint ect but I also do calisthenics nothing wrong with that

calisthenics are based asf. i wish i got into that instead of being a retarded gymcel for quite some time (still a fucking stick).
i do climbing now which is way more fun than lifting metal.

i mean micronutrient wise. vitamins, trace elements and so on. fibre isn't even a nutrient and carbs are obv shit.
 
What micro nutritions could I be missing?
Idk what you eat. If you eat all sorts of organs none. And if you eat fruit you have some vitamins more. Potassium maybe?

I do eat organs and I eat like 2 bananas a day I'll try to eat more potassium just to look leaner but that won't help with anything maybe if I drink more water
 
you havent obviously tried ALL diets🤣

because if so you would know that stuffing your face with fruit makes you feel like shit.
