Yeah our brain benefits a lot from simple sugars tbh, raw meat is giga retarded too since we literally devolved our digestive system to eat easier to process foods in order to accelerate our cognitive development, cooked meats, eggs, honey, fruits and lactose mog

raw meat is on the same level as goyslop for most people but diet isn't a one size fits all so it all depends on your genetic background
