There is no perfect diet. Plants are not perfect for us. Meat is not perfect for us.
That's just how the earth is, man.
Nothing fits anything "perfectly"
Because the earth is a coincidence, and we are part of it. There is no perfect diet because there wasn't supposed to be a perfect diet. That's one of the reasons we die. If everything was perfectly suited for us (ie had a perfect alternate possible method) we would be immortal.
