idk too but it looks like carbohydrates are needed for thyroid
you need carbs to function properly

long term diets you need at least 100g of carbs usually
short term if you get less than 100g it will be fine. but it would fuck up your hormones and other functions long term

this is getting more and more confusing for me
basically both extremes are bad long term
carnivore (no carbs) is really bad long term
and so is veganism. but tbh veganism is bad short term too lol

Essentially, carnivore diets are just a meme. We aren't meant to just eat meat. Hunter gatherer tribes only get 5-10% of their calories from meat.

Veganism can work better than carnivore and it's actually doable if you plan it out.
However, shit like raw vegan is probably just as bad as carnivore (maybe worse).

veganism bad basically because no animal fat = subhuman health
even if you prepare the plants and grains properly you will fuck up your health because we are literally made to eat animal fat and meats. we need them to be actually healthy

carnivore is bad because no carbs = fucked hormones and health in long run. we need at least around 100g carbs to function properly

high fat, medium-high protein and low-medium carbs is ideal pretty much

even if you prepare the vegetables and grains right it will only work short term. it is not possible to be actually healthy on a long term vegan diet.

It's possible, it's all about micronutrients with this stuff, which would be the biggest concern.
If you are getting those, you are pretty much set.
Dairy is necessary as a baby, but I think most the world is lactose intolerant as adults.

Nah, I mean genetically only people from European and North African heritage has lactose tolerance after they are babies.
Most of them can't even drink it.
Map Monday, lactose intolerance around the world
