Carnivore/low body fat seems to work

The following photos are my recent testosterone levels compared to the past, in 2020 I was on my peak fatness at 105 kilos at 185cm 13-14yo , then followed by 2024 where I was 80kg 188cm 17 yo and then finally me at 70 kg 190cm tall 18yo. I found it very interesting since I did carnivore in the last year and my testosterone is pretty high. I wanted to share it cause I found it pretty interesting. What are your thoughts on this?

going from early teens to 18 is when your hormones naturally increase a lot

dropping weight also usually helps testosterone stabilize and go higher, since excess body fat can lower it

i think most of the increase is probably mix of growing up, getting leaner and changing your lifestyle
