Been on a meat only diet for a week and I feel great, my nightly cravings are gone and I’m consistently able to lose fat without feeling starved. My sleep quality somewhat improved as well and I have noticed I’m much more hornier (although these two may be placebo.)
As for the gym, I haven’t noticed a dip in performance because I make sure I’m well fed before going to the gym, I think not being hungry is much more important than eating specifically carbs. Let’s see how this goes after a month or two more.
I’m not fully raw, I consume my egg yolks raw and I consume some beef and other meats raw throughout the day but I still cook (albeit I don’t cook for too long, most normies would think my ground beef is raw even though I brown it)
