i know that excess beta carotene is stored in your skin but does that yellow pigment make you look better or worse?

I’ve been eating 3 daily for around 2 weeks and it gets noticeable after 6 weeks so i’m wondering if it’s really worth it to be spamming carrots for that tanned/yellowy look

Getting a golden tone and texture on your skin is a great health and youth indicator which can also increase contrast.

Instead of putting yourself into the cost and trouble of eating that many carrots, you can just take 2 softgels of this supplement daily (pay attention to the dosage):
14094

2 softgels: 15mg beta carotene
3 carrots: 12 mg beta carotene

Btw melanotan ii has severe gi and fatigue effects and can cause melanoma. Don't think it's just some harmless substance
