They won’t really look into the validity of what you put on your resume, jusf gives you a halo. MOST JOBS have many many applicants. The best way to skip the line, is to find the place of work or wherever you can find upper-management. Knock on the door to the office, talk, be polite, good grammar / social skills, be charismatic, and give the resume and say you’d like a job. That will get you hired on the spot at least for lower class roles, which are normal for you to be working at your age.
