I've also heard first year is crucial given it's a lot harder to make friends after everyone else is socially connected, which is what I've experienced in high school as well

Chances are I'll get it a year or two into college at which point I've already established myself with some people

I've been looking into surgeons here and you can get them done for a similar cost (around 6k) with legal protection so chances are I'll probably do it here

but still
